The Healthy Lifestyle Pyramid is an innovative didactic tool, authored by Dr. Magdalena Wrzesinska from the Department of Psychosocial Rehabilitation at the Medical University of Lodz, used in health education. The A2-format board presents principles of healthy eating and recommendations for a healthy lifestyle. It also contains descriptions in Braille, making it suitable for the visually impaired. The board also features a QR code that provides the audio form information.

Awards received: the tool was recognized by people from outside the Medical University of Lodz, which proves its innovation and impact on the development of society – Silver medal for the invention: Pyramid of Healthy Lifestyle – an innovative didactic tool in the education of visually impaired people.
International trade fair: Intarg Poland, Katowice, 2018 – Distinction for outstanding achievement in the use of new technologies for the benefit of people with disabilities for the tiflographic board “Pyramid of healthy lifestyle – QR version” adapted to the needs of people with visual disabilities. – Electronic Economy Congress, October 2021 – Magdalena Wrzesinska, Ph.D., profesor, the Pyramid creator, was appointed by the decision of the Minister of Education and Science as an expert of the Commission for the Evaluation of Science.
