Diagnostic tests:

  • Examination of feces, urine, sputum and other biological materials for the detection and identification of Candida, Saccharomyces and Cryptococcus yeasts
  • Detection and identification of dermatophytes causing mycosis of the skin, hair and nails
  • Examination of feces, urine, sputum and other biological materials for mold fungi (e.g. Aspergillus, Penicillium)
  • Assessment of drug susceptibility of fungi – antimycogram acc. EUCAST standards

Environmental monitoring:

  • examination of the quality/mycological purity of the external and internal air
    testing the quality/mycological
  • purity of water and soil
  • examination of the quality/mycological purity of working and technological surfaces

Qualitative research:

  • detection of fungi in cosmetic or food products
  • assessment of the ability of fungi to form a biofilm
  • analysis of the antifungal properties of medicinal products
