Data Entrepreneurs – a course for healthcare professionals
The project, implemented by the Medical University of Łódź in cooperation with Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), aims to prepare healthcare professionals to use medical data consciously and effectively in clinical, research, and business practice.
The course responds to the growing needs related to the creation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS), emphasizing the development of skills in data management, ethics, cybersecurity, statistical analysis, and the use of artificial intelligence in medicine.

The course will be available on the EIT Health Academy platform, in English (with subtitles), in an asynchronous (self-paced learning) format.
Medical data is one of the most valuable resources in modern healthcare. Its proper use enables faster diagnoses, better therapies, and the development of innovative medical technologies. The DECP project supports the development of future competencies by preparing healthcare professionals to actively participate in the digital transformation and increasing the competitiveness of the European medical sector.
