Subject: 

The subject of the utility model is a 4-stem pipette adapted in shape for taking/ejecting liquids from 4-well plates. The pipette externally consists of a pipetting button, ejector button, volume setting knob and brake sleeve, stem nut and 4 stems arranged in a square shape. The internal components of the stems are the plunger assembly, pipetting spring, pressure elements, pressure sleeve and O-ring seal. 

Benefits: 

The use of the proposed solution significantly speeds up the work of the operator and reduces the risk of failure of the scientific study and, as a result, protects against unnecessary cost generation. An important and previously unavailable solution is the use of 4 stems, forming a square shape. The distances between the stems are selected in such a way that, after the application of a T.I.P.S type tip, it is possible to take/release liquid simultaneously from all the wells of a standard 4-well plate.

Application: 

Cell culture in 4-well plates is practiced in medical and scientific laboratories, especially when performing immunocytochemistry.
