Subject: 

The object of the invention is a joint endoprosthesis stem and an endoprosthesis containing the stem. The solution particularly relates to an endoprosthesis of the shoulder, knee or elbow joint. 

Benefits: 

The construction of the endoprosthesis stem ensures the elimination of its rotational movements and takes into account and neutralizes the phenomenon of movement of the stem into the bone canal along its long axis. Thus, there is a minimization of the risk of the screw damage as a result of the stresses generated by the two movements outlined above. 

An advantageous feature of the solution is the easy replacement of the endoprosthesis stem in case of its loosening, and faster rehabilitation, thanks to the provision of rotational stabilization of the endoprosthesis stem, which leads to greater assurance of healing.
